5021-1845, Agilent Cartridge System (AC) cartridge holder

The Agilent Cartridge System holder provides the reusable hardware needed to mount compatible analytical LC cartridges within the AC cartridge platform. It supports the cartridge family supplied in nominal 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 4.6 mm internal diameters, allowing a cartridge to be exchanged without replacing the entire holder assembly. The holder is mechanical chromatography hardware, not a packed analytical column, SPE cartridge or guard stationary phase. Assemble it with the designated cartridge, end fittings and collets, and maintain clean sealing surfaces when changing columns. Finger-tight cartridge connections simplify routine replacement, but system pressure and solvent compatibility remain governed by the selected cartridge and complete flow-path configuration. Confirm correct seating and absence of leaks before introducing a sample. If a guard cartridge is incorporated, use the intended AC configuration rather than assuming universal guard-column compatibility. The package contains two holders. Store clean, dry hardware to protect mating surfaces between uses.
