Answer:The specified finger-tight connection rating is up to 600 bar.
Answer:It is used for compatible HPLC connections such as column outlets and detector interfaces.
Answer:This item is the Quick Turn fitting itself; compatible Quick Turn capillaries are selected separately.
Agilent InfinityLab Quick Turn fittings create low-dead-volume liquid chromatography connections at column outlets and compatible detector interfaces. The spring-loaded stainless-steel fitting provides a finger-tight seal up to 600 bar when used under the specified installation conditions. Its design reduces the need to readjust conventional ferrules during routine column changes, supporting consistent flow-path geometry and improved reliability of chromatographic connections. Quick Turn capillaries are the intended mating capillary type for optimum performance; a fitting alone is not a complete capillary assembly. Before use, confirm port geometry, capillary type and system pressure, and inspect all contact surfaces for damage or trapped particles. Tighten in accordance with the applicable mounting procedure and check for leaks as pressure is increased. Improperly seated connectors can introduce dead volume or leakage, degrading peak efficiency and repeatability. The fitting is designed for LC fluid connections rather than gas chromatography inlet hardware.
