Answer:The six targets are cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, manganese and nickel.
Answer:It supports automatic lamp identification on compatible Agilent atomic absorption instruments.
Answer:The lamp contains lines for all six elements, but actual measurement depends on the instrument method, wavelength selection and analytical sequence.
The Agilent six-element coded hollow cathode lamp provides resonance emissions for cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, manganese and nickel measurements by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Consolidating these elements into a single source simplifies lamp inventory and supports multi-element laboratory method schedules on compatible AA instruments. Its electronic coding enables Agilent AA systems with lamp recognition to identify the lamp during setup, while the 38 mm external diameter follows the standard coded lamp format. Each analyte still requires its own chosen analytical line, atomization conditions and calibrated measurement sequence; the lamp is not a six-channel simultaneous analyzer. The metal combination is relevant to monitoring industrial materials, environmental samples and other properly prepared inorganic matrices. Laboratory performance depends on the lamp operating current, warm-up and correct wavelength selection as well as the sample preparation method. Check the specified elements carefully before ordering, because other multi-element lamp combinations are not directly interchangeable.
