Answer:The buffered EN 15662 extraction method.
Answer:50 extractions using the supplied 50 mL tubes and extraction salts.
Answer:4 g MgSO4, 1 g NaCl, 1 g sodium citrate, and 0.5 g disodium citrate sesquihydrate.
The Agilent QuEChERS EN 15662 extraction kit provides buffered salt portions and 50 mL extraction tubes for preparing samples before chromatographic residue analysis. Each portion contains 4 g magnesium sulfate, 1 g sodium chloride, 1 g sodium citrate, and 0.5 g disodium citrate sesquihydrate. These salts promote extraction partitioning, remove water from the organic phase, and help regulate sample acidity during the QuEChERS procedure. The kit supports 50 extractions and is especially useful for food, agricultural, and other complex samples analyzed for pesticide residues. After extraction, laboratories can apply suitable dispersive solid-phase extraction cleanup before LC-MS/MS or GC-MS/MS analysis. This product contains extraction-stage consumables rather than the subsequent cleanup salts, chromatography columns, or analytical instruments.
