Answer:Yes. Clone AbD17976_hIgG1 can bind both related therapeutic antibody molecules.
Answer:Purified recombinant human IgG1, not a monovalent Fab-only reagent.
Answer:1 mg of purified anti-bevacizumab antibody.
Human Anti-Bevacizumab Antibody clone AbD17976_hIgG1 is a recombinant, affinity-matured anti-idiotypic IgG1 reagent used in bioanalytical assays for the therapeutic antibody bevacizumab. It also recognizes ranibizumab, a related anti-VEGF antibody fragment, enabling investigation of assay cross-reactivity where both drug molecules are relevant. The inhibitory antibody binds the drug's variable-region epitope and is suitable as a surrogate positive control or calibrator for anti-drug antibody assessments. In an ELISA, immobilized therapeutic antibody can capture the reagent, while a suitably selected secondary detection system provides a quantitative readout. Use a drug-specific standard curve, blank serum controls and competing analytes to characterize assay specificity and matrix interference. The antibody is supplied as purified human IgG1 in phosphate-buffered saline and is intended for in-vitro research. This package contains 1 mg; it is different from the smaller 0.1 mg format of the same clone.
