Revvity, CLS138625, 10-Mouse manifold (XAM-10)

The XAM-10 mouse manifold is a high-throughput anesthesia delivery system that enables researchers to simultaneously anesthetize and image up to 10 mice, increasing experimental throughput while reducing overall experiment duration and labor requirements. This manifold streamlines workflows by distributing controlled isoflurane gas anesthesia from a single central regulator to ten individual nose cones, allowing researchers to make real-time adjustments to anesthetic delivery across all subjects simultaneously. The sealed design maintains a stable anesthesia level and dependable performance during prolonged imaging procedures, while the control interface enables quick adjustments without interrupting ongoing experiments. Compatible with the IVIS Spectrum 2 series optical in vivo imaging systems, the XAM-10 manifold seamlessly integrates with existing imaging infrastructure to maintain optimal performance standards.
