Answer:Two pH calibration solutions, one cleaning solution, one wash solution and one waste bottle.
Answer:No. Electrode hardware is a separate accessory; this kit supplies pH calibration and maintenance reagents.
Answer:They support routine electrode care and the preparation of the measurement system between analyses and calibration operations.
The Ambr pH reagent kit contains the liquids and waste container required for routine pH-related operations in a compatible Sartorius Ambr analysis module. The set includes two pH calibration solutions, one cleaning solution, one wash solution and one waste bottle. These components support a consistent preparation and maintenance workflow around the module's pH measurement function, helping preserve the reliability of measurements used during parallel cell-culture development. Calibration solutions are used to establish the measurement response, while cleaning and wash reagents address routine electrode handling between operating periods. The kit does not contain replacement pH or reference electrodes and is not a complete analytical module. Calibration schedules, reagent replacement and waste management should follow the laboratory's validated operating procedure and the installed instrument configuration. Separate sourcing of electrode hardware is required if sensors are damaged or no longer meet performance criteria.
