Answer:One pH measurement electrode and one reference electrode for a compatible Ambr analysis module.
Answer:The measurement electrode senses pH-related potential, and the reference electrode provides a stable comparison potential.
Answer:Install the pair correctly and perform the applicable pH calibration and verification procedure before analysis.
The Ambr pH and reference electrode set provides a replacement electrode pair for pH measurements in the Sartorius Ambr analysis module. The pH measurement electrode responds to the sample's hydrogen-ion activity, while the reference electrode establishes a stable electrochemical reference for the measurement circuit. Together, these components form the sensing hardware needed for reliable pH data during compatible analytical procedures in automated cell-culture development. The product consists of one pair rather than a complete analytical module or a reagent refill kit. Installation should preserve the correct electrode positions, electrical contacts and sampling interface in the module. After replacement, the measurement system requires calibration with suitable pH standards and evaluation of response stability before routine use. Electrode condition, cleaning and storage influence signal drift and service life, particularly when measurements involve complex culture media or concentrated samples.
