The Sartorius sanitary-to-UNF fitting is a polymer connector adapter for compatible membrane chromatography equipment and tubing assemblies. Its 25 mm sanitary interface and UNF 10-32 threaded connection allow connection between differently sized process or accessory fittings. Polyoxymethylene construction provides a rigid plastic connector body for assembly of suitable laboratory and bioprocess flow paths. The adapter supports configurations in which a compact threaded accessory needs to connect to a sanitary-format port, including selected Sartobind setups. Each package contains two adapters; it is a connection accessory rather than a chromatography membrane or a complete capsule.
