Description
Virosart® Max* Minisart® and Sartolab® small-scale formats are compactly designed for research and development enhancing process efficiency by increasing throughput and final filter capacity. They are easy to integrate into existing laboratory setups with minimal training required. These formats incorporate the same advanced filtration technology as larger-scale options, ensuring reliable virus filtration and robust membrane protection. Key Features Advanced Filtration Technology:Triple layer Polyamide membrane with 0.1 µm nominal pore size for superior filtration efficiency. High Adsorptive Capacity:Efficiently binds aggregates and small hydrophobic molecules effectively. Enhanced Membrane Protection:Increases process robustness and protects the final virus retentive membranes. Regulatory Compliance:Manufactured under ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System and non-pyrogenic as per USP Bacterial Endotoxins standards. Virosart®Max Minisart® Compact and easy-to-use, the Minisart®format is perfect for small-scale laboratory applications.
Available filtration area: 5 cm² Virosart®Max Sartolab® Offers a larger filtration area compared to Minisart®, making it suitable for slightly larger volumes in laboratory settings and alternative pre-filter-to-final-filter ratios.
Available filtration area: 21 cm²
* The patented technology (DE 10 2011 105 525 B4) binds aggregates efficiently through hydrophobic interactions with polyamide, independently of process conditions such as conductivity from biological feed streams (mAbs, plasma derivates or recombinant proteins).
