The Sartorius Gammasart ATD non-sterile connector is a disposable transfer component within the SART System for moving fluids between compatible biopharmaceutical process environments. The connector body and cover work with the system's external and internal ports to form a controlled transfer pathway. This specific supply form is non-sterile; it must not be treated as a ready-to-use sterilized transfer assembly. The connector is compatible with appropriate autoclave or gamma-irradiation sterilization workflows, subject to validated processing requirements. It accommodates compatible 3/8-inch and 5/16-inch tubing configurations and uses a PBT connector body with a TPE sealing material. A connector can be connected and disconnected at the SART Port up to three times under the specified operating conditions. Before use, verify port compatibility, follow the approved aseptic transfer sequence, and inspect the connector and sealing surfaces. The purchasing unit is one connector.
