Wako, 159-02245, 0.8% Orange G Solution

A stain used for Masson's trichrome stain, which is a connective tissue staining method, and involved in cytoplasm stain. Masson's trichrome stain refers to a method for staining collagen fiber selectively among other connective tissues (collagen fiber, elastic fiber, reticulum fiber), and is referred to trichrome stain because iron hematoxylin stains the nucleus black, Masson's solution stains the cytoplasm red and aniline blue stains the collagen fiber blue. The method is more practical than azan stain because it requires a shorter time for staining., This product is for research use only. Do not administer it to human.
