Answer:It supports 96 reactions: four labeling-reagent vials with 24 reactions per vial.
Answer:Four vials of RapiFluor-MS labeling reagent and four vials of the matching reagent solvent.
Answer:No. This is the labeling module; deglycosylation and cleanup require separate workflow components.
GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS Label 96-Sample is designed for fluorescent and mass-spectrometry-compatible labeling of released N-glycans in the GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS sample-preparation workflow. The labeling module contains four vials of RapiFluor-MS labeling reagent and four vials of reagent solvent, with each labeling-reagent vial supporting 24 reactions. The complete module therefore supports 96 sample-labeling reactions. Its reagent chemistry yields labeled glycans suitable for fluorescence-based quantitation and sensitive mass-spectral characterization within compatible glycan-analysis methods. The module is used after enzymatic glycan release and before the cleanup and LC or LC-MS measurement steps, supporting glycoprotein characterization and routine N-glycan monitoring. The dedicated solvent is supplied with the labeling reagent, avoiding the need to substitute an unspecified laboratory solvent. This is specifically the labeling module rather than the complete GlycoWorks N-Glycan kit; it does not itself provide the entire deglycosylation and cleanup workflow. The reagent is classified for special hazardous-material freight handling. This clearly defined four-by-24 format allows parallel sample preparation without confusing it with a single-vial replacement or the separate rapid-deglycosylation module.
