Answer:It is specified for the older-style 2690/2695 seal pack with a black needle-wash retainer; newer versions need different parts.
Answer:Yes. A replacement needle and the listed seal-pack rebuilding components are included.
Answer:No. Rebuild work requires the appropriate HPMV tool kit, which is separate from this seal-pack parts package.
The Waters Alliance seal-pack rebuild kit is used to refurbish the needle-seal assembly in applicable legacy 2690 and 2695-family separation modules. Its specified contents include a PTFE washer, needle-wash filter, upper and lower spacers, alignment tube, wash-tube seal, replacement needle, two high-pressure seals, compression screw and ferrule. This is an autosampler seal-pack repair package, not a pump-head plunger-seal kit. It is intended for the older-style seal-pack assembly with a black needle-wash retainer at the bottom; newer seal-pack generations require other service parts. Installation calls for the corresponding HPMV service tool kit, which is not identified as included here. After rebuilding, perform the instrument-specific needle seal adjustment, pressure or compression check and injection leak test before routine operation.
