The Agilent VGA 77 tubing and connector kit provides replacement fluidic components for a compatible vapor generation accessory used with atomic absorption spectrometers. It includes a sample peristaltic pump tube, two reagent pump tubes, three sample-and-reagent inlet lines with connectors, acid-resistant connecting tubing, a gas inlet line for the gas-liquid separator, a reaction coil, and a securing O-ring strap. These parts form distinct portions of the VGA liquid and carrier-gas flow paths and should be installed in their proper positions rather than used interchangeably. Replacing worn tubing helps control reagent delivery, prevent leaks, and reduce carryover during hydride-generation or cold-vapor analytical workflows. Check that fittings seat securely and that the pump tubing follows the correct routing without twists or undue tension. Prime the lines and confirm stable operation using blanks and calibration standards before analyzing samples. The kit does not include the VGA instrument or atomization cell.
