The BD Rhapsody Single-Cell Cartridge Kit supplies four individually packaged, single-use cartridges for the BD Rhapsody single-cell analysis workflow. Each cartridge incorporates a gravity-based microwell format used to capture individual cells before molecular processing and library preparation. The cartridges are an upstream cell-capture consumable; reverse-transcription reagents, bead-processing reagents, amplification kits, and sequencing-library reagents are separate workflow components. Using a fresh cartridge for each preparation supports controlled sample handling and minimizes carryover between experiments. The cartridge format supports studies that connect single-cell transcript measurements with compatible protein-tag or immune-repertoire workflows. The kit is intended for research use and is stored at room temperature, within the specified 15–25 °C range. Effective cell capture also depends on the prescribed loading procedure, cell suspension quality, and matching BD Rhapsody reagents and equipment.
