Answer:Yes. It selectively recognizes free dupilumab through an inhibitory anti-idiotypic interaction.
Answer:No. Free IL-4Rα and receptor-bound dupilumab are not the intended analytes.
Answer:Purified human IgG1 monoclonal antibody, 0.1 mg.
Human Anti-Dupilumab Antibody clone AbD47090ia is an inhibitory, paratope-specific anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody for therapeutic drug immunoassay development. Its IgG1 structure recognizes free dupilumab but not free interleukin-4 receptor alpha or dupilumab already complexed with that receptor. This selectivity makes the reagent useful for preparing surrogate anti-drug antibody positive controls and calibrators in immune-response assay studies. A typical bridging ELISA uses dupilumab as the capture and detection ligand, with the anti-dupilumab antibody serving as an assay-positive reference. Evaluate possible sample-matrix interference with human serum dilutions and include negative human immunoglobulin controls during method qualification. The antibody is a purified recombinant human IgG1 supplied in a liquid phosphate-buffered formulation; it is not itself the therapeutic drug. Use experimental concentration ranges established for the intended assay rather than assuming a universal dilution. The provided pack contains 0.1 mg and is for research use.
