Answer:The plate has 96 standard-height polypropylene wells with a nominal capacity of 0.2 mL each. It is transparent and non-skirted.
Answer:This is the standard-height variant with a non-elevated well rim and an A12 cut corner; low-profile variants have a 0.15 mL nominal volume.
Answer:Compatibility depends on the cycler block, heated lid, optical detection path, sealing film and carrier. Check the instrument's approved plate geometry.
The BRAND BIO-CERT PCR QUALITY 96-well PCR plate is a transparent, standard-height polypropylene plate intended for PCR workflows that use a 96-well thermal cycler. Each well has a nominal capacity of 0.2 mL. The non-skirted frame provides access for manual or automated pipetting, while its A12 cut corner and non-elevated well rims define the specific plate geometry. Thin, uniform well walls facilitate thermal transfer during amplification; the transparent construction is suitable for optical workflows when the instrument and sealing configuration support this plate format. Select an appropriate optical or non-optical seal for the assay, avoid introducing bubbles during loading, and verify cycler block, lid and robotic carrier compatibility before processing a full run. BIO-CERT PCR QUALITY is a designated manufacturing quality grade, not a statement that the plate is sterile or universally compatible with every real-time PCR system.
