Consieve™ Ultrafiltration Cassettes Holder 0.11 m², with 3 Valves and 2 Gauges is designed for holding ultrafiltration cassettes during research, process-development and pilot-scale tangential-flow filtration operations. The holder supports one to five 0.11 m² cassettes or one to sixteen 0.02 m² cassettes and is intended for approximately 5–50 L processing volumes. Its filter plates are 316L stainless steel with silicone O-rings, and the system includes three polypropylene manual diaphragm valves and two pressure gauges with a 0–6 bar range. T15 process connections are used on the assembly. The holder is rated to 0.6 MPa and measures approximately 14 × 11.5 × 26 cm with a weight of about 5 kg. The compact cassette stack and integrated valves and gauges support feed, retentate and permeate flow control during small-scale ultrafiltration and diafiltration studies. The design provides a low-hold-up, scalable platform for development work before moving to larger cassette holders.
