Cobetter Lifemeta STF Thermoplastic Elastomer Tubing is flexible single-use fluid-transfer tubing for bioprocess handling and closed fluid-path assemblies. This size has a 6.4 mm (1/4 in) internal diameter, a 9.6 mm (3/8 in) outside diameter and a 1.6 mm (1/16 in) wall thickness. The relatively thin wall around the quarter-inch bore suits fluid transfer connections where compact tubing geometry is important. TPE construction supports compatible thermal tube-welding and sealing workflows, helping operators connect or disconnect suitable single-use process assemblies. Check the minimum bend radius, connector engagement and operating pressure for the actual assembly before use. The tubing is delivered non-sterile in a 15 m length; sterilization must follow a validated process where required for aseptic manufacturing. Protect tubing ends during handling and verify integrity after connection or welding. The specified thin-wall version is not interchangeable with thicker-wall tubing having the same internal diameter.
