Answer:Anion exchange on a polymeric styrene-divinylbenzene phase with trimethylammonium functional groups.
Answer:4.6 mm internal diameter × 150 mm length with 5 µm particles.
Answer:Organic and inorganic anions, including halides, organic acids and species used in arsenic speciation methods.
The Hamilton PRP-X100 anion exchange column separates inorganic and organic anions using polymer-based stationary phase chemistry. The PEEK-bodied analytical column contains 5 µm poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) particles bearing trimethylammonium functional groups, with a 100 Å nominal pore size and 4.6 mm inner diameter by 150 mm length. Its polymeric phase supports applications such as halide and organic acid analysis, nucleotide separations and arsenic speciation. The column is compatible with suitable HPLC or ion chromatography systems, including methods using conductivity, UV, electrochemical or ICP-MS detection.
