Answer:A small removable-needle fitting permits needle replacement.
Answer:26s gauge, 51 mm length, point-style 2 curved bevel.
Answer:Yes. This removable-needle configuration is autoclavable.
The Hamilton 1700 Series Gastight 1701 syringe combines a 10 µL measuring volume with a PTFE-tipped plunger that seals liquid and gas samples inside its borosilicate glass barrel. The small removable-needle connection accepts a 26s-gauge stainless-steel needle, 51 mm (2 inches) long, with a curved, beveled point-style 2 tip. The removable needle can be replaced independently when damaged or when a suitable alternate needle is required. Its reusable configuration supports analytical injections and low-volume liquid handling without discarding the entire barrel after a needle change. The assembled syringe is autoclavable.
