Answer:10 µL volume with a cemented 26s-gauge, 51 mm needle.
Answer:No. The needle is permanently cemented to the barrel.
Answer:No, the cemented-needle configuration is not autoclavable.
The Hamilton 700 Series Microliter 701 syringe measures and dispenses 10 µL samples through a permanently cemented stainless-steel needle. A closely fitted stainless-steel plunger operates inside a borosilicate glass barrel to deliver controlled small volumes for chromatography sample injection and routine analytical liquid transfer. The needle is 26s gauge, 51 mm (2 inches) long, with a curved, beveled point-style 2 tip. The fixed-needle arrangement removes the need to assemble a needle before use but does not support normal needle replacement. The standard assembly is non-autoclavable and supplied individually.
