Lonza, 50844, AccuGENE® 10X TAE Buffer

Product Overview AccuGENE® TAE (Tris-Acetate-EDTA) buffer is made from Tris, EDTA and Acetic acid. It is often used in procedures involving nucleic acids, the most common being electrophoresis. TAE has a lower buffer capacity than TBE and can easily become exhausted, but linear, double stranded DNA runs faster in TAE. AccuGENE® Electrophoresis Buffers are formulated to match Lonza's Reliant® , Latitude® ,and PAGEr® Precast Gels, Long Ranger® Gel Solution sequencing products, and the MDE TM Gel Solution product line. AccuGENE® Buffers for DNA, RNA, and protein electrophoresis are prepared with high quality reagents and use 18 megOhm water. Products are filtered using a 0.45-micron filter. Request More Info
