Product Overview The SG Cell Line 4D-Nucleofector® X Kit S is one of our three 4D-Nucleofector® Kits that is suited for transfecting difficult-to-transfect cell lines in the 20 µL 16-well Nucleocuvette® Strip format when working with the 4D-Nucleofector® X Unit. This kit has been determined to be optimal for transfecting following cell types: Ba/F3 Colo-205, CHO-S H4 NIH/3T3 Raji , Ramos THP-1 WEHI The respective cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations are available under "Instructions" or in our knowledge database . In these Optimized Protocols the best Nucleofection® conditions are indicated. In addition, we share our experience and knowledge for treatment of individual cell types. Request More Info
