Answer:The clone is T6D11, a mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody.
Answer:FITC, a green fluorescent label.
Answer:One 5 mL preparation of CD45RA-FITC antibody.
Miltenyi MACS GMP CD45RA-FITC is a fluorescent mouse monoclonal antibody for identifying human CD45RA-positive cell populations by flow cytometry and fluorescence-activated cell sorting. Clone T6D11 recognizes a CD45 isoform found on naïve T cells and several additional leukocyte subsets. The fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugate provides a green detection signal for multicolor immunophenotyping and cell selection strategies. This 5 mL configuration supports ex vivo cell processing workflows that distinguish CD45RA-expressing cells from other populations. It can be combined with suitably selected markers for CD3, CD4, CD8 or related antigens when developing a defined sorting panel. Clone identity, fluorophore and package volume distinguish this reagent from MACS GMP CD45RA-APC and from CD25 or CD62L antibodies. It is an antibody reagent, not a magnetic cell separation cartridge.
