The Phenomenex Verex Cert+MSQ clear vial kit provides matched sample containers and closures for HPLC and LC–MS sample preparation and autosampler injection. Each kit includes a 2 mL clear glass, 9 mm screw-top vial with a labeling patch and a compatible cap fitted with a PTFE/silicone septum. The 12 × 32 mm vial format is a common autosampler size, but instrument-tray compatibility must still be checked before routine use. The Cert+MSQ designation identifies a cleanliness and mass-spectrometry-oriented certification level intended for sensitive analytical workflows. PTFE presents a chemically resistant contact surface, while silicone contributes a resilient seal for needle penetration. Avoid overfilling the vial, keep the septum surface clean, and tighten the cap consistently to reduce evaporation and contamination. Use a suitable vial insert for smaller sample volumes only if supported by the selected autosampler. Supplied as 1,000 vial-and-closure sets.
