Answer:The kit is intended for the PyroMark Q96 ID and Q96 MD using their respective reagent-loading protocols.
Answer:It supports 5 × 96 preparations on Q96 ID or up to 15 × 96 on Q96 MD, depending on the instrument protocol.
Answer:The kit includes the enzyme mixture, substrate mixture and pyrosequencing nucleotides; other assay components are separate.
QIAGEN PyroMark Gold Q96 Reagents supply the enzyme mixture, substrate mixture and nucleotide reagents required for sequencing-by-synthesis reactions on compatible PyroMark Q96 pyrosequencing instruments. The 5 × 96 configuration supports 5 × 96 preparations on the PyroMark Q96 ID, or up to 15 × 96 preparations on the PyroMark Q96 MD under the corresponding instrument-specific dispensing protocol. These different preparation counts reflect instrument usage and should not be treated as interchangeable across systems. The kit contains separate reagent components, including nucleotides and the enzyme/substrate mixtures, which must be prepared and loaded into the correct dispensing hardware. Store unused nucleotides and lyophilized components at 2–8 °C as directed; do not freeze the nucleotide solutions. Use the instrument-specific loading, reaction and control procedures to limit dispensing artifacts and background signal. The reagent set does not replace templates, primers, assay setup or the pyrosequencing instrument itself.
