Description

Performance qualification (PQ) determines the precision of the LC system. Our performance check mix for LC-RI consists of five simple sugars in varied concentrations. We prepare the reference material in water, dehydrate it, and package it dry for enhanced stability. Glucose (50-99-7), 2.1 mg Fructose (57-48-7), 2.0 mg Lactose (5989-81-1), 4.4 mg Maltose (6363-53-7), 4.5 mg Sucrose (57-50-1), 4.0 mg Sold as dry components in a 4 mL screw-cap vial. To use, reconstitute in 1 mL acetonitrile:water (75:25) to produce a solution with the following mg/mL concentrations: 2.1 glucose, 2.0 fructose, 4.4 lactose, 4.5 maltose, and 4.0 sucrose.
