Description
The major area of application for Biosart®100 Monitors is the microbiological analysis of relatively large sample volumes that have a low number of microbes, with membrane filtration being an essential step. In addition, the Biosart®100 Monitors are also suitable for testing smaller volumes by placing a sample in a few ml of sterile physiological NaCl solution.
Save Time and Ensure Reliable Results
The Biosart®100 Monitors are ready-to-use units. With their practical design and ease-of-use, you will save precious time on your daily microbiological analyses. No preparation time is necessary for these monitors. With their practical design, including a magnifying glass on the lid, you will ensure high flow rates and high throughputs, all with minimal preparation and handling. There are very few steps involved in using these monitors (e.g., no filter changing in a sample), making these monitors one of the best time-saving options.
Ensure the Identification of All Colonies
Biosart®100 Monitors will help ensure the identification of all colonies in your microbiological analyses. Whether you utilize the monitors for quality assurance of food and beverages or detection and enumeration in pharmaceuticals, these versatile monitors will provide highly reliable results and save you time. They are ready to connect and to use with minimal handling required.
Optimized Design of Monitors
The Biosart®100 Monitors are ready-to-use filter units designed to be placed at the bases of a vacuum manifold. They help to ensure the identification of all colonies. These monitors come with a cellulose nitrate membrane, a material that assures effective retention with high flow rates and optimum colony growth. Printed grid lines make counting easier, especially for higher bacteria counts and for micro-colonies, but do not influence growth.
