Sartorius Sartolab P20 is a compact pressure filtration unit fitted with a 0.2 µm low-protein-binding polyethersulfone membrane and a 20 cm² filtration area. This sterile, ethylene-oxide-treated configuration includes hose-barb inlet and outlet connections, PTFE venting and a filling bell. It supports filtration of aqueous buffers, cell culture media and other compatible laboratory solutions, typically in batch volumes from approximately 100 mL to 5 L. The optimized membrane support minimizes hold-up volume while providing an effective filtration surface for pressurized or pump-driven operations. Ten units are supplied per pack. Sartolab P20 is a complete small pressure filter unit, not a replacement membrane disc or TFF cassette.
