Sartorius, 5412507A3, Aquasart® PS Cartridge 0.2 µm 30"

Aquasart® PS Cartridge 0.2 µm, 30 inch is used for sterilizing-grade water filtration in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology processes. The 30-inch cartridge provides 2.1 m² filtration area and uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane supported by polypropylene structural components. The membrane is designed for high flow, broad chemical compatibility, and reliable retention of Brevundimonas diminuta under sterilizing-grade challenge conditions. This specific version uses adapter 25 with an S-adapter top and locking bayonet connection with 226 double O-rings. The cartridge tolerates chemical cleaning across a broad pH range and can be autoclaved or sterilized in-line with steam under validated conditions. Typical uses include final filtration of water before bottling, non-carbonated water, near-water beverages, and other process-water applications requiring consistent microbial control and scalable throughput.
