The Clipster size L spare parts box supports maintenance of the Clipster manual disconnection tool used for closed single-use processing lines. It is a spare-parts accessory for the size L hand-held mechanism, not a disconnector installed on tubing and not a complete bioprocess transfer assembly. The associated tool carries out controlled mechanical separation of compatible platinum-cured silicone or thermoplastic elastomer tubing with a matched Clipster disconnection component. Inspection and timely maintenance of the hand tool are important because correct mechanical actuation depends on the condition and positioning of the tool's working parts. Select size L accessories only for the corresponding size L tool; XS/S accessories belong to a different tool size. Keep maintenance components clean, identify wear or damage before operation, and return the tool to service only after an appropriate functional inspection. The specific contents of the spare parts box should be checked against the supplied kit list before replacing individual components.
