The BioPAT®Fundalux measuring system is designed for turbidity and total biomass measurement in the culture vessels of the bioreactors type Biostat®from Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH. BioPAT®Fundalux probes precisely measure cell growth | total biomass as a function of absorption. The sensors are available in a selection of optical path lengths of 1,5 and 10 mm.
The measuring range of conecntration units is 0 - 0.5 to 4. The measuring range of OD 590 | 600 is 0 to 250. The measuring range of g/L WCW is 0 to 180.
