EasySep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Kit in the 19052RF configuration is used for negative-selection enrichment of untouched human CD4+ T cells and is supplied for automated RoboSep workflows with filter tips. The method labels unwanted cells with an enrichment cocktail and magnetic particles so those cells are retained during magnetic separation while the desired CD4+ T cells remain untouched. The system can achieve up to approximately 97% purity while preserving viable cells without directly labeling the target population. This configuration supports processing of up to 1 × 10^9 cells and includes 1 mL of Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Cocktail, two 1 mL vials of EasySep D Magnetic Particles, RoboSep Buffer and RoboSep Filter Tips. It is useful for immunology, T-cell research and downstream functional assays that require enriched CD4+ T cells.
