Answer:Yes. Its anti-polyvalent detection system reacts with mouse and rabbit IgG heavy and light chains.
Answer:The kit supplies one 60 mL bottle each of protein block, biotinylated goat anti-polyvalent reagent and streptavidin peroxidase.
Answer:No. A suitable substrate–chromogen system must be supplied separately for visualization of the HRP reaction.
The Mouse and Rabbit Specific HRP Detection IHC Kit enables immunohistochemical detection of primary antibodies raised in mouse or rabbit. It uses a labeled streptavidin–biotin detection workflow: after target binding by the primary antibody, a biotinylated anti-polyvalent reagent and streptavidin–horseradish peroxidase provide enzymatic signal amplification. The 60 mL format contains separate 60 mL bottles of protein block, biotinylated goat anti-polyvalent reagent and streptavidin peroxidase. The kit supports staining of appropriately prepared tissue sections, including formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded specimens when antigen retrieval and primary antibody conditions are optimized. Supply a compatible HRP substrate and chromogen separately, since these are not included. Include a negative staining control and evaluate tissue background when interpreting results.
