Answer:30 m × 0.32 mm inner diameter with a 1.80 µm film.
Answer:A mid-polarity DB-624 phase, designated USP G43.
Answer:No. The standard DB-624 and DB-624UI are separately ordered column types.
Agilent J&W DB-624 is a mid-polarity capillary GC column for separating volatile organic compounds and residual solvents. It has a 30 m fused-silica capillary, 0.32 mm internal diameter and 1.80 µm film thickness, mounted on a 7-inch cage. The DB-624 stationary phase is suited to methods where solvent mixtures include components that demand more selectivity than a nonpolar methylsiloxane phase can provide. Common applications include headspace analysis, residual solvent determination in pharmaceutical materials, and environmental volatile-organic testing. The 1.80 µm film promotes retention of volatile analytes during temperature-programmed methods. Its operating temperature range is −20 °C to 260 °C, and it carries USP G43 designation. This standard DB-624 column is distinct from the separate DB-624 Ultra Inert and Intuvo configurations.
