Agilent, 5190-1508, Manual syringe, 100 µL, fixed needle with LC tip

The Agilent 100 µL manual LC syringe supports measured liquid introduction through compatible manual HPLC injection valves and routine laboratory sample transfer. It has a fixed 22-gauge needle approximately 51 mm long with a blunt LC-style tip. The polished, chamfered needle end is intended to reduce mechanical damage to the rotor seal and stator face of an injection valve during insertion. The nominal syringe capacity is 100 µL, with an intended manual HPLC injection range of 10–80 µL. This LC-tip configuration should not be confused with a beveled-needle syringe for direct manual GC injection. Before use, inspect the needle for bending and the plunger for smooth movement, and rinse with a solvent compatible with the analytical method.
