The Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse PAH guard cartridge protects a compatible analytical HPLC column from incoming particulate material and strongly retained sample components. The reversed-phase guard cartridge has a 4.6 mm internal diameter, 12.5 mm length, and 5 µm fully porous packing with a PAH-selective stationary phase. It is supplied as four cartridges per pack and has a 400 bar pressure rating. The short cartridge format places a replaceable protective bed ahead of the main separation column and can be used with appropriate ZORBAX Eclipse PAH configurations. It is a guard cartridge, not a full-length analytical column.
