Agilent, G5668-87017, Needle seat, 0.17 mm id capillary, for G5668A for 1260 Infinity II and III bio-inert multisampler

The Agilent bio-inert needle seat forms the receiving interface for the injection needle in the G5668A bio-inert multisampler used with 1260 Infinity II and III bio-inert liquid chromatography systems. The integrated capillary has a 0.17 mm internal diameter and works with the matching bio-inert needle assembly. A worn or obstructed seat can cause injection leaks, variable sample transfer or pressure-related problems. Before service, stop solvent flow, relieve pressure and follow the autosampler maintenance procedure to prevent injury from the exposed injection needle. Inspect the replacement interface and associated capillary connections for damage, then fit the seat without substituting a metallic or different-diameter component. After installation, flush the injection flow path, check for leaks and assess injection repeatability with a suitable system suitability solution. This replacement is for the specified G5668A configuration rather than a universal seat for all Infinity autosamplers.
