AdvanceBio SEC 200A 1.9um 2.1x150mm PEEK is designed for size-exclusion UHPLC analysis of protein aggregates, monomers and smaller fragments. The analytical column is 150 mm long with a 2.1 mm internal diameter and contains 1.9 µm fully porous particles with 200 Å pores. Its size-exclusion phase separates molecules predominantly by hydrodynamic size instead of reversed-phase or ion-exchange retention. PEEK-lined stainless-steel hardware creates a metal-free fluid pathway through the column and supports bioinert handling of protein samples. The supported molecular-weight window is approximately 2,000–700,000 Da. Maximum pressure is 620 bar, the pH range is 2–8.5 and the maximum temperature is 80 °C, with 20–40 °C recommended for routine operation. The product ships in phosphate buffer containing 0.02% sodium azide. It is intended for high-resolution UHPLC measurement of aggregate and fragment populations during biopharmaceutical characterization and stability investigations. Small particles and a 150 mm bed support resolution and shorter analysis relative to larger-particle SEC formats. The exact model is an analytical SEC column, not a guard column; the PEEK-lined flow path is a defining feature rather than an optional separate fitting.
