Agilent SplitVent Trap replacement cartridges contain activated charcoal for the split-vent exhaust trap used in compatible gas chromatography inlet systems. The disposable cartridge pack contains three replacement units, allowing periodic renewal of the adsorbent that captures hydrocarbon vapors in split-vent exhaust streams. Each cartridge is about 3.03 inches long and 0.47 inches in diameter. The cartridges have no saturation indicator and are supplied separately from the trap housing and sealing O-rings. They are exhaust-trap consumables rather than carrier-gas inlet purification filters.
