Description
The Celselect Slides Enrichment Kit enables enrichment of cells from liquid biopsies and other sample types. Automatic processing of slides is performed on the Genesis System.
Features and Benefits
• Efficient capture and recovery of cells
• Highly efficient slide capture process, with liquid biopsy blood samples showing a 99.9% elimination rate of RBCs, WBCs, and other components
• High viability of recovered cells
• Downstream analysis, such as sequencing (bulk or single-cell), digital PCR, FISH, flow cytometry or cells cultured for further in vitro and in vivo analysis
Celselect Slides Enrichment Workflow
Sample is prepared with the dilution buffer and loaded onto the instrument. Cells are captured automatically in the Celselect slides while smaller components (<8 µm) flow through the slide to waste. Cells are recovered in a single tube for downstream analysis.
Add dilution buffer to sample and load sample on to the instrument
Genesis System automates capture and recovery of cells
Cells can be characterized with methods such as sequencing (bulk or single-cell), digital PCR, FISH, flow cytometry, or cells cultured for further in vitro and in vivo analysis
