Cobetter, BAS0501CLF-3, 500 mL Lifecube™ AS Single-Use Sampling Bag, Pre-sterilized, 3 or 10/pk

Lifecube AS 500 mL single-use sampling bags provide disposable, pre-sterilized containment for collecting liquid samples from biopharmaceutical and cell-culture processes. The flexible bag uses Topene RB multilayer film and two fluid lines to support sampling and subsequent laboratory handling. The detailed tubing materials and terminal connector configuration for this variant require confirmation against its order-specific assembly drawing. The configuration provides a disposable collection container for low-volume in-process sampling without cleaning or reuse of the fluid-contact bag. Single-use construction minimizes equipment cleaning and helps maintain fluid-path segregation between sampling events. Each bag is supplied in double-layer sterile packaging after gamma irradiation at 25–45 kGy. The film and assembled fluid path require compatibility assessment against the actual process liquid and intended storage conditions. For sampling, connect the inlet aseptically, transfer the required volume without exceeding the 500 mL bag capacity, and close or isolate the lines using qualified procedures. Select the port and tubing configuration to suit the validated sampling connection. Confirm the complete assembled configuration, tubing dimensions, and commercial pack quantity against the purchase specification before use.
