The Corning® reusable glass spinner flask provides a 125 mL working-capacity vessel for stirred suspension cell culture and related laboratory cultivation work. The 4500-series design uses two angled sidearms, a 70 mm center-neck cap assembly and GL32 sidearm caps. A magnetically driven impeller assembly provides mixing within the transparent glass vessel, allowing visual monitoring of liquid level and culture behavior. The reusable construction suits laboratory workflows that require controlled stirring, sampling and media addition through the sidearm ports. This smaller vessel is distinct from the 500 mL version, which has a larger 100 mm center neck and GL45 sidearm caps. Its capacity refers to the intended working volume, not an instruction to fill the vessel to the rim.
