Corning, MAG-DYECL-50, Axygen® AxyPrep MAG DyeClean-Up Kit - 50 mL

The AxyPrep Mag DyeClean Kit utilizes a unique paramagnetic bead-based sequencing purification system that is optimized for the removal of excess dye terminator from Sanger sequencing reactions. The process consists of a selective binding of DNA to the beads, a wash step for removing nucleotides, primers, and non-targeted amplicons, and elution of pure DNA. Through use of this kit you can achieve Rapid and reliable clean-up of sequencing reactions while maintaining high QV20+ scores. This kit can be used for manual or automated processes. High DNA recovery yields, long sequence readings Suitable for the clean-up of sequencing reactions of different Sanger sequencing based platforms - ABI Prism 3730, 3730xl, 3700, 3130, 31030xl and 3100 - GE Healthcare MegaBACE Simple and easy sequencing reaction clean-up process: 25 minutes/96 samples Scalable: Tube, 96 and 384 well plate formats No centrifugation or filtration required
