The Cytiva BPG 300/500 Replacement Glass Chromatography Column Tube is a precision glass component for the body of a compatible BPG preparative chromatography column. This version is specified for a 300 mm nominal column diameter and a 500 mm glass tube length. The tube forms the enclosure around a packed stationary-phase bed, allowing operators to observe resin sedimentation, packing quality and visible flow distribution during preparative separations. When refurbishing a BPG 300 column, match the tube to the existing column's support frame, adapters and gasket arrangement before reassembly. Inspect the glass for chips, scratches and transport damage, then seat the seals correctly and verify mechanical support before wetting or pressurizing the column. The tube is supplied individually and does not include a packed resin, distributor, piston or complete chromatography system. Unlike the 450/500 and 140/500 variants, the 300/500 geometry must be matched to the 300 mm BPG column hardware.
