Allegro Single-Use Filling Needles are fluid-contact filling components for aseptic pharmaceutical and biotechnology production lines. This variant uses a 0.8 mm internal-diameter needle with a female luer connection, making it suitable for integration into appropriately configured filling assemblies. The product-contact shaft is PEEK with stainless-steel reinforcement; the luer hub uses polypropylene. The reinforced construction helps maintain straightness during controlled liquid filling while reducing dependence on reusable metal needle cleaning procedures.
