Description

PCR Films and Foils provide effective and tight sealing for plates.
Eppendorf PCR films and foils provide effective and airtight sealing for plates to help protect PCR samples during thermal cycling and storage. PCR plate seals offer excellent chemical resistance and have been tested for resistance to a variety of common laboratory substances. Specialized seals with optimal optical properties are available to help minimize signal loss in qPCR.
For more information, see Userguide 043 (Investigation of the chemical resistance of sealing systems for PCR plates, deepwell plates and microplates).
Having trouble choosing? Eppendorf offers a range of different sealing systems for microwell plates, such as:
• adhesive films or foils
• sealing mats
• plate lids
• heat-sealing films or foils
