This cell line is the result of recloning of AFRC MAC 61. The antibody is directed against the plant growth hormone cis, trans-abscisic acid. The antibody production rate of this hybridoma has been tested at ECACC. It must be noted that this hybridoma produces less than 2μg/ml of unpurified antibody.
Preparation Note
DMEM (D6546) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 10% FBS / FCS (F2442)
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cell/ml; 5%CO₂; 37°C. Require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
